With our full-service planning and design offering, we become your expert partner in the planning process—we guide and advise you every step of the way.
This is for the client who would like the expertise and full support of a professional Planner to ensure their special event far exceeds expectations without the stress and time constraints of organising it themselves.
Partial Planning
This service is for the client who wishes to plan the majority of the event themselves but requires professional support on a few key areas, alternatively they may have underestimated the work involved so need a planner to step in and manage the process from that point onwards. The partial planning option is tailored to your personal requirements so you can select a few elements of the full planning service. The only aspect we can’t assist with as part of the partial option is the ‘on the day management’ service. This is for several reasons, but we’ve found in the past that it works much better when we’ve been involved throughout the whole process so we can manage the event much more effectively.
Event Styling
You may already have some ideas about the colour scheme, and look, for your event,
or alternatively may feel overwhelmed by the options available. We can use our creative know-how and wealth of resources to provide endless ideas to give you inspiration or develop an idea to make your vision a reality, whether planning the styling for a special event or wedding.
We suggest colour schemes; table settings, lighting, glassware and furniture, down to the smallest detail, to ensure that every event is as unique as our clients. We work closely with you to incorporate your personalities and ensure your day has the desired impact and far exceeds your expectations. To help you to visualise these ideas we put together personalised inspiration boards to work from.
Once the design concept is confirmed we will then source everything that is required to bring the vision to life and handle the correspondence with each supplier. As the floral décor is such an integral part of the overall look of the day, we will accompany you to the florist meeting to discuss ideas and ensure everything works together. Lastly, we will also be there on the day to assist and oversee the set up to ensure everything is as it should be.
